Permitted Personal Use

Customers may download, save, and print their purchased personalized Beauty Guide or color-analysis materials for their own personal, noncommercial use.

Customers may also share limited images from their completed guide on their personal social-media accounts, provided that:

• The material is not altered in a misleading way
• Lauren B. Color Studio branding is not removed
• The material is not sold, licensed, or offered as a competing service
• Credit is provided to Lauren B. Color Studio when reasonably possible

Personal-use permission does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, teach from, or commercially exploit the material.

Uses That Are Not Permitted

Without prior written permission from Lauren B. Color Studio, you may not:

• Copy or reproduce an entire Beauty Guide or substantial portions of one
• Remove, crop out, cover, or alter logos, credits, watermarks, or copyright notices
• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or give purchased digital products to others
• Use our layouts, wording, graphics, palettes, or guide structure to create a competing product or service
• Upload our content to template marketplaces, stock websites, design libraries, artificial-intelligence training collections, or file-sharing platforms
• Use our materials in paid courses, consultations, presentations, memberships, or commercial publications
• Present our work as your own
• Modify or create derivative commercial products from our protected content
• Use automated systems to scrape, collect, reproduce, or republish website content

Purchasing a guide or service does not grant commercial reproduction rights.

Personalized Beauty Guides

Each personalized Beauty Guide is prepared for the individual customer named or pictured in the guide.

The customer receives a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the completed guide for personal purposes. Lauren B. Color Studio retains ownership of its original written content, guide format, layouts, design system, branding, educational material, and other business-created elements.

A customer may not sell, transfer, duplicate, or adapt a personalized guide for use by another person or business.

Customer Photographs and Materials

Customers retain ownership of photographs and other original materials they submit to Lauren B. Color Studio.

By submitting a photograph or other material, the customer gives Lauren B. Color Studio permission to use it only as reasonably necessary to:

• Perform the requested analysis
• Create and deliver the purchased guide
• Communicate with the customer about the order
• Provide customer service or requested revisions

A customer's photograph or personalized guide will not be used publicly for advertising, website content, portfolio displays, or social media without the customer's separate permission.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to submit any photograph or material provided to Lauren B. Color Studio.

Testimonials and Promotional Permission

If a customer voluntarily gives written permission for Lauren B. Color Studio to share a testimonial, photograph, review, or portion of a completed guide, the material may be used for the purposes described in that permission.

Permission may be withdrawn for future uses by contacting us. Withdrawal will not necessarily require removal of materials that were already printed, distributed, or lawfully published before the request was received.

Trademarks and Branding

The name Lauren B. Color Studio, its logo, slogans, product names, visual identity, and related branding may not be copied or used in a way that suggests affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or authorization without written permission.

Nothing on this website grants a license to use Lauren B. Color Studio branding.
